Linkin Park - Studio Albums


LINKIN PARK is an American rock band from Agoura Hills, California. The band's comprises of Late. Chester Benington (Vocals), Mike Shinoda (Vocals, Backing Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Keyboards, Production), Brad Delson (Lead Guitar, Bass), Dave Farrell (Bass), Joe Hahn (DJ-TurnTable/Keyboards) and Rob Bourdon (Drums and Precussion), all of whom are founding members in the late 1990's.

Signed with Warner Bros. Records/Music they created music which was Alternative Rock in Genre, bringing in heavy metal, hard rock, hip hop, pop, and electronica. Mike Shinoda mentioned that they were bloddy sick of the early 2000's Pop Music phenomenon and wanted to do something new than be a manufactured Pop Music Boy Band. Linkin Park progressively experimented and brought changes in their context with each album. They have collaborated with famous DJ Steve Aoki and Hip-Hop artist Jay-Z. They were the first rock back to achieve one billion views on YouTube.

Some of their memorable songs are: In The End, Crawling, Points of Authority, Numb, Somewhere I Belong, Don't Stay, From The Inside, What I've Done, The Little Things Give You Away, Burning In The Skies, Robot Boy, The Catalyst, Lost In The Echo, Castle of Glass and Powerless.

The band has released 7 Studio Albums to date (2020) and have sold more than 100 million copies worldwide. They have won many awards including 2 Grammy Awards, 6 American Music Awards, 2 Billboard Music Awards, 4 MTV Video Music Awards, 10 MTV Europe Music Awards and 3 World Music Awards. 

They are also very powerful live acts. Their Performance at Rock Am Ring, Live in Texas (2003), Road to Revolution (2007), Live in Madrid (2010) are some examples of their classic live performances.
